The Royal Knights for Chivalry Welcomes you to our web site. Here you can learn about the history of our organization, its goals and activities. We invite you to find out about the charities we support as well as the social activities of our group. The Royal Knights (for Chivalry) was founded as a charitable organization in 1982 by a group of prominent Fort Lauderdale, FL men interested in promoting research, education and communications.
Over the years, the group has both grown and shrunk and is now growing with a total of 41 members, mostly professional and professional retirees. We support biotechnology cancer research at the Rumbaugh Goodwin Institute, a part of Nova Southeastern University through contributions made to the Royal Dames of Cancer Research, as well as other worthy local Broward County, Florida Causes and Charities. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site.
The Royal Knights meet monthly to discuss group business, promote friendly discussion among the members, and enjoy a great dinner at some outstanding local restaurants. We also hold an annual Holiday Party and an "end-of-meeting year" GALA in May, celebrating the last of our 8 formal monthly meetings each year.
